Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Verdi’s Italian Market. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Perishable goods such as fresh cheeses, cured meats, and refrigerated products cannot be returned, nor can opened or partially consumed items. To begin a return, email us your order number, reason for return, and a photo if the item is damaged. After approval, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. For any questions, contact our customer service for guidance.
