How to Use

Put desired cut of beef roast into a roasting pan or crock pot (chuck or bottom round are good options).

Mix seasoning packet over beef roast.

Add the appropriate water amount from the table above.

Simmer low and slow until fully cooked at 145 degrees minimum internal temp.

The roast should pull apart easily but still be pink inside.

Serve on a crusty roll with provolone cheese and dip in Au Jus (beefy broth), peppers or Giardiniera optional.
