Preparation Guide

Use the chart below to match your mix packet with your recipe size. Precision in water, cheese, and eggs ensures perfect texture, perfect consistency, and perfect flavor every time.

How to Use

Put 80/20 ground beef into a big mixing bowl or roasting pan

Distribute seasoning packet onto ground meat.

Put in grated Parmesan cheese and eggs. (see table above)

Add the appropriate water amount from the table above.

Mix the meat, seasonings, Parmesan, eggs, and water thoroughly by hand or mixer

Form into meatballs of desired size.

Spray or grease cookie sheet with olive oil, shortening, or butter

Bake on a cookie sheet until fully cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 155 degrees

Add meatballs to sauce and let simmer for 10-15 mins, remove from sauce, and serve hot with pasta.
